One week. We read your codebase, interview your team, map the actual problem. You get a written diagnosis. Yours to keep, whether or not we work together. Yes, really.
Fixed scope. Fixed price. Fixed timeline. No hourly billing. No scope-creep theater. If we got the diagnosis wrong, we eat the difference. That is in the contract.
